BlueHost has all the features you would expect from a host, and that includes everything you need to run a single blog. They offer a 1-click WordPress installer, so you can easily get WordPress setup on your own. You can setup your own email accounts, BUT on their cheapest plan you are limited to 5 accounts and only 100MB of space per account!
As many others, BlueHost offers live-chat and that is good. If you have an issue, you want to be able to get directly in touch with someone and figure it out immediately. The only negative thing is that you sometimes experience up to 20 minutes queue.
The value on their cheapest plan is not that great when comparing to others. Keep in mind, that BlueHost is part of the Endurance Brand, the same company behind iPage. Bluehost are a great host to first start out with when building your site. However after a year or 2 you may outgrow their services and lack of customer service.<br /> For what you pay the value is good but if you have big plans for your business and website I would recommend starting with a hosting provider with faster speed and better service.
Bluehost has done a great job hosting my websites. I use Concrete5 for my cms and there haven't been any issues thus far. I'm a fairly low maintenance customer, but the few times I needed technical support they were able to solve the issue quickly. I haven't noticed the website go down. It is easy to create new email accounts for my business, forward web addresses, put up auto responder messages, and forward our email accounts to gmail.
Blue Host customer support for WordPress hosting service is quite possible the worst thing ever. When you contact them with an issue they act like you caused it and should know how to fix it becuase you are on their ``VPS`` hosting plan. They market the service to get you in and leave you hanging when an issue arises. Every time I contact them, I get transferred, hug up on and chats are dropped with no answer.
Since the last year i had been using this great hosting service, and in my opinion it was a very confortable experiece since the begining, the best thing of all is: your page will never crash even if you have high trafic, i will recomend BlueHost to everyone. i remember one time i forgot my password and the customer service was the best it was fast and smoth. thanks for everything. i hope to keep hosting my website here.
BlueHost is a nice hosting. It have all the best features and its easy to use.<br /> Support team is also good and listens to all issues. It is affordable hosting for the micro niche site. The UPTIME is good but the site do not claim that it provides 99.9 percent UPTIME. Hope it HELPS!
